1.High deoxidation purity: It can significantly reduce the oxygen content in nitrogen. The deoxidation depth of some equipment can be as low as 1ppm, making it easy to produce high-purity gas and meeting the requirements of extremely high nitrogen purity in industries such as electronics and semiconductors.
2.Low energy consumption: Compared with some nitrogen generators, deoxygenation nitrogen generators adopt a closed-loop circulation, with low pressure at the gas outlet. There is no temperature requirement for the gas source, and there is no need to heat the gas, reducing energy waste. 3.Stable and reliable operation: Some equipment adopts a dual deaerator structure, resulting in relatively low system resistance. When the resistance increases, an alarm will be triggered and the system will automatically switch. At the same time, a backup deaerator is configured. When replacing the deoxidizer, there is no need to stop the machine, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
